Send Push Notifications to All Customers

Effortlessly Notify All Customers with a Few Clicks

Accessing Push Notifications

Digital Wallet > Left-Hand Menu > Push

  1. Navigate to the Send Push tab within the Push Notifications section.

Setting Up Notifications for All Customers

  1. Select a Card

    • From the Card dropdown, choose the card you want to send notifications for. All created cards will be listed in this dropdown.

  2. Default Audience Selection

    • By default, the For All Customers option is selected. This ensures the notification will be sent to everyone who has installed the selected card.

  3. Schedule Your Notification (Optional)

    • To schedule the notification for a specific time, check the Schedule box.

    • Use the date/time selector to pick when the notification should be sent.

  4. Compose Your Message

    • Enter your notification content in the Message text box. Keep it concise and engaging.

    • Add emojis for a personalized touch by clicking the emoji icon if desired.

  5. Review and Confirm

    • Once you’ve completed your selections, click Send.

    • Review your notification details in the confirmation popup and click Send again to finalize.

  6. Track Notification History

    • All scheduled and sent push notifications will appear in the History Log for reference and follow-up.
