Send Targeted Push Notifications

Accessing Push Notifications

Digital Wallet > Left-Hand Menu > Push

  1. Navigate to the Send Push tab within the Push Notifications section.

Setting Up Notifications for an Individual Customer

  1. Select a Card

    • From the Card dropdown, choose the card you want to send notifications for. All created cards are populated in this dropdown.

  2. Choose a Specific Customer Segment

    • By default, the For All Customers option is selected, but this time, you’ll target an individual customer.

    • Click the Selected Segment button to refine your audience.

  3. Define the Condition

    • Use the dropdown to select a specific condition to narrow down to the individual customer. Options include:

      • Current number of uses

      • Unused rewards

      • Number of stamps

  4. Set the Operator and Value

    • Choose an operator (e.g., equals, greater than, less than) to define the condition.

    • In the count field, specify the exact value to identify your individual customer.

  5. Schedule Your Notification (Optional)

    • To schedule the notification, check the Schedule box.

    • Use the date/time selector to pick when the notification should be sent.

  6. Compose Your Message

    • Enter your notification content in the Message text box. Make it personalized and engaging.

    • Add emojis for a customized touch by clicking the emoji icon.

  7. Review and Confirm

    • Click Send to open the confirmation popup.

    • Verify the details of your notification and click Send again to finalize.

  8. Track Notification History

    • The notification will appear in the History Log for tracking and review.
