Overview of Marketing Push Notifications
Easily Send Push Notifications to Your Customers
Accessing Marketing Push
Digital Wallet > Left-Hand Menu > Push
Navigate to the Send Push tab in the Push Notifications section.
Setting Up a Marketing Push
Select a Card
From the Card dropdown, choose the card for which you want to send a notification. All created cards are listed here.Target Audience
By default, the For All Customers option is selected, which sends the notification to everyone who has the selected card.
To target specific customers, select Selected Segment.
Define the Segment
Choose a condition from the segment dropdown (e.g., Current Number of Uses, Unused Rewards, Number of Stamps).
Select an operator to define the condition (e.g., equal to, greater than).
Enter the value that matches your condition (e.g., customers with exactly 4 uses). The number of customers meeting the criteria will display below.
Schedule Notifications (Optional)
To schedule the notification, check the Schedule box.
Select a date and time using the provided picker.
Compose the Message
Enter the notification content in the Message box.
Add emojis by clicking the emoji icon to personalize the message if needed.
Review and Send
Click Send to preview your selections in the confirmation popup.
Review your details and confirm by clicking Send again.
Check History
Scheduled and sent push notifications are logged in the History Log for your reference.
