Push automation for Next Visit Reminders enables businesses to send timely notifications encouraging customers to return. These reminders can be tailored to specific cards and schedules, ensuring effective engagement.

Accessing the Push Automation Section

Digital Wallet > Left-Hand Menu > Push

  1. Navigate to the Push Notifications screen by selecting Push from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on the Push Automation tab at the top of the screen to access automation setup options.

Configuring Next Visit Reminders

  1. Select a Card

    • Use the Card dropdown to choose the card for which you want to set up the Next Visit Reminder automation. All created cards will be listed here.

  2. Locate the Next Visit Reminder Tile

    • Scroll to the Next Visit Reminder tile on the automation screen.

  3. Customize the Reminder Message

    • In the Message field, enter the text you want to display in the push notification. Ensure it’s engaging and provides a clear call to action for the next visit.

  4. Set the Reminder Timing

    • Use the Reminder will be sent after field to specify the number of days after the last earned stamp when the reminder should be sent.

  5. Verify Applicable Cards

    • The Apply to cards field displays the card(s) associated with this push notification.

  6. Save Your Settings

    • Once all details are configured, click the Save button to activate the Next Visit Reminder automation.
