Push automation allows businesses to automatically send feedback requests to customers at the right time. This guide will help you set up push automation for efficient feedback collection.
Accessing the Push Automation Section
Digital Wallet > Left-Hand Menu > Push
Navigate to the Push Notifications screen by selecting Push from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Push Automation tab at the top of the screen to access feedback automation settings.
Configuring Feedback Collection
Select a Card
Use the Card dropdown to select the card for which you want to enable feedback collection automation. All created cards are listed here.
Enable Feedback Automation
Locate the Feedback Collection tile on the screen.
Toggle the switch at the top-right corner of the tile to enable automation for feedback collection.
Customize the Feedback Message
In the Message field, input the notification text you want to send. Ensure it encourages customers to share their feedback.
Set the Notification Timing
Specify the number of hours after a visit when the feedback request notification should be sent using the timing field provided.
Save Your Settings
After customizing the message and timing, click the Save button to activate the feedback collection automation.
