Automate Your Push Notifications for Enhanced Customer Engagement
Push automation enables businesses to schedule specific push notifications automatically based on customer events or timing. Whether it’s sending a birthday greeting or requesting feedback, push automation simplifies the process.
Accessing the Push Automation Section
Digital Wallet > Left-Hand Menu > Push
Navigate to the Push Notifications screen by selecting Push from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Push Automation tab at the top of the screen to access the automation setup options.
Setting Up Push Automation for a Card
Select a Card
Use the Card dropdown to choose the card for which you want to enable push automation. All created cards will be available for selection.
Enable Specific Automations
Each automation event is displayed as a separate tile on the screen.
Toggle the switch at the top-right corner of a tile to enable or disable automation for that specific event.
Customize the Notification Message
In the Message field, enter the text you want to include in the push notification. Ensure it’s clear and engaging.
Set Timing for Feedback Requests
For feedback requests, use the provided field to specify the number of hours after a visit when the push notification should be sent.
Configure Additional Automations
Other automation events, such as Next Visit Reminders and Birthday Congratulations, can be configured similarly by entering the required details and enabling the toggle.
Save Your Settings
Once all automation preferences are configured, click the Save button to activate the settings.

Feedback Requests: Gather customer feedback a specified number of hours after their visit.
Next Visit Reminders: Encourage customers to return by sending reminders after a set duration.
Birthday Greetings: Celebrate customers’ birthdays with personalized messages.
