What happens when I reach 25 loyalty members?

If your 14-day trial has ended and you reach 25 members, you'll be prompted to start your paid subscription for whichever plan you selected (Starter, Grow, or Pro). However, we won't automatically charge you. You decide when you're ready to pay and continue growing.

What if I have more than 25 members when I sign up?

You'll still get a 14-day free trial to test Perkstar. After your trial ends, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue since you already have 25+ members.

Can I continue free after my 14-day trial?

Yes! If you have fewer than 25 loyalty members when your 14-day trial ends, you can continue using Perkstar for free indefinitely. You'll only need to upgrade when you exceed 25 members.

Can I try different plans during the free period?

Yes! All plans (Starter, Grow, and Pro) include a 14-day free trial. You can start with any plan to test its features. If you want to change plans, you can do so at any time during your trial period.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can switch billing frequencies. If switching from monthly to annual, you'll pay for the full year upfront and save money. If switching from annual to monthly, the change takes effect when your annual period ends.

What happens if I downgrade and have more locations/cards than the new plan allows?

You'll need to deactivate the excess locations or cards before the downgrade takes effect. We'll notify you and give you time to make adjustments.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. For monthly plans, you won't be charged again after the current month ends. For annual plans, you'll retain access until the end of your paid year.

Do I get a refund if I cancel?

Monthly plans: No refund for the current month, but no future charges. Annual plans: No refunds on annual subscriptions, but you keep access until the year ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a setup fee?
