The referral program allows customers to share their loyalty cards, earning rewards for themselves and new users. Follow these steps to set up and manage the referral program effectively on Perkstar.

Setting Up the Referral Program

1. Access the Cards Module:

   • Navigate to the left-hand menu and click the Cards icon to open the Cards module.

2. Create or Edit a Card:

   • Choose to create a new card from scratch or edit an existing one.

   • To create a new card, click the "Create" button to initiate the workflow.

3. Navigate to Referral Program Settings:

   • From the card creation workflow, select the Information tab.

4. Activate the Referral Program:

   • Under the Referral Program heading, choose between Active or Inactive to enable or disable the feature.

5. Set Bonus Conditions:

   • Define when the bonus is issued to customers using the options under Get bonus at the moment when.

6. Define Referral Rewards:

   • Specify the number of stamps a referrer earns for sharing their card under Stamps count for referrer.

   • Specify the number of stamps a new customer earns for registering through the referral program under Stamps count for new customer.

Sharing Cards via Apple Wallet

1. Open the Loyalty Card:

   • Access the card saved in your Apple Wallet.

2. Access Options:

   • Tap the three-dot icon at the top-right corner of the card.

3. View Card Details:

   • Select Pass Details to view the card’s details.

4. Share the Card:

   • Tap the Share Card button to generate a QR code.

   • Use the displayed social media platform icons to share the card via the desired channel.

Sharing Cards via Android

1. Open the Loyalty Card:

   • Navigate to the card on your Android device home screen.

2. Access Card Details:

   • Tap the Details button to open the card’s information.

3. Share the Card:

   • Tap the Share Card button to generate a QR code.

   • Select from the displayed social media platform icons to share the card via the desired channel.
