If you lose your device or accidentally delete a card, you can restore it easily. Follow these steps

1. Access the Card Information

   • Navigate to Cards in the left-hand menu.

   • Select the card you want to restore to view its information.

2. Scan the QR Code

   • Open the camera on your mobile device.

   • Scan the QR code displayed on the card information page.

3. Fill Out the Card Issuing Form

   • Enter the required details as set during the card creation process. These may include:

     • First Name

     • Last Name

     • Contact Number

     • Email Address

   • Ensure all required fields are complete.

4. Proceed with Card Restoration

   • If the system identifies the card as lost, the Continue with Card Issue button will appear.

   • Click this button to reveal the Confirmation Code field.

5. Enter the Confirmation Code

   • Check your contact number for the confirmation code.

   • Enter the code in the provided field and click Continue with Card Issue.

6. Add the Card

   • Once restored, the card will load in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

   • Tap Add in the top-right corner to finalize the process.
