Monitor and manage your team’s performance effectively with detailed manager statistics available in the Perkstar Digital Wallet platform.


Accessing Manager Statistics

  1. Navigate to the Managers Screen:

    • Log in to the Digital Wallet platform and select Managers from the left-hand menu.

  2. Explore the Managers Grid:

    • View all existing managers in a tabulated format, with columns such as:

      • User Name

      • Created

      • Notes

      • Location

      • Status

Viewing Individual Manager Profiles

  1. Select a Manager:

    • Click the username of a manager to access their profile.

  2. Manager Profile Details:

    • View basic details displayed as tiles, including:

      • Name

      • Registration Date

      • Status

      • Location

      • Number of Transactions

      • Last Transaction Date

  3. Review Recent Transactions:

    • Scroll to the Last Transactions grid to view detailed transaction records with columns such as:

      • User Name

      • Date

      • Phone

Adding a New Manager Profile

  1. Initiate Profile Creation:

    • Click the Add Manager button at the bottom of the Managers grid or on the Create Manager tile.

  2. Record Manager Details:

    • Fill out the following fields in the Add Manager popup:

      • Full Name

      • Email

      • Contact Number

      • Password and Repeat Password

      • Location (select from dropdown)

      • Notes (optional)

  3. Control Email Invitation:

    • Toggle Send access to email off if you do not want to send an email invitation.

  4. Save Profile:

    • Click the Create button to add the manager.

    • The new profile will appear in the Managers grid.

Editing an Existing Manager Profile

  1. Locate the Manager:

    • In the Managers grid, click the pencil icon next to the manager you want to edit.

  2. Make Updates:

    • Update fields in the Edit Manager popup as needed.

  3. Save Changes:

    • Click the Save button to apply updates.

Deleting a Manager Profile

  1. Open the Profile:

    • Click the manager’s name in the Managers grid to access their profile details.

  2. Delete the Profile:

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Information section and click the Delete button.

  3. Confirm Deletion:

    • In the Delete Manager popup, click the Remove button to confirm.
