Manage Subscription Plans and Payments

Learn how to access the Plan section in Perkstar to manage your subscription and payment details effectively.

Accessing the Plan Section

  1. Login:

    • Start by logging into your Perkstar account.

  2. Navigate to Settings:

    • From the left-hand menu, click on the Settings icon.

  3. Open the Plan Tab:

    • By default, the Plan tab is displayed, showcasing all subscription-related details.

Plan Details

Current Plan

  • View the plan you are currently subscribed to in the Plan section.

  • The plan details are displayed in a tile format, including the price.

Applying a Promo Code:

  1. Click Enter Promo Code.

  2. In the popup, enter your promo code and click Apply.

Extending Payment Date:

  1. Locate the Plan Payment Date tile.

  2. Click Extend to open the payment extension popup.

  3. Select the plan type from the Type dropdown.

  4. Choose the payment frequency from the options provided.

  5. Click Pay to complete the process.

Available Subscription Plans

  • Scroll down to view all available subscription plans.

  • Each plan is displayed with:

    • Price details.

    • Features included.

Switching Plans:

  • Click the Buy button below your desired plan. (The Buy button for the current plan will be disabled.)

Compare Plans

  • Located at the bottom of the screen, the Compare Plans section provides a detailed feature comparison for all plans:

    • + (green icon): Indicates an available feature.

    • - (red icon): Indicates an unavailable feature.

Payment History

  1. Access Payment History:

    • Click the Payments History button at the top-right corner of the Plan tab.

  2. Review Transactions:

    • A table lists all historical payments with the following details:

      • Status

      • Transaction ID

      • Date

      • Amount

      • Details

With the Plan section, you can seamlessly manage your subscription, payment extensions, and upgrades, ensuring your Perkstar account meets your business requirements.
