Efficiently manage your customer data in Perkstar by importing or exporting records. This guide walks you through the process step by step.

Importing Customer Records

1. Access the Customers Section:

   • Log in to your Perkstar account.

   • Navigate to the left-hand menu and click the Customers icon.

     
     

2. Download the Import Template:

   • Locate the Customer Import tile on the Customers screen.

   • Click the Download Template button to download the .CSV template.

   Fill in the Template:

   • Open the downloaded .CSV file and fill in the required customer information.

   • Save the file to a convenient location on your system.

   
   

3. Upload the Completed File:

   • Return to the Customers screen and click the Upload File button on the Customer Import tile.

   • In the popup window, click Select File and choose the saved .CSV file from your system.

   
   

4. Complete the Import:

   • Once the file is uploaded, click the Import button.

   • The customer profiles in the .CSV file will now appear in the Customers grid.
