Effortlessly manage multipass card transactions with the Perkstar Scanner App. Follow these steps to redeem visits and points efficiently.

Redeeming Visits

1. Log In and Start Scanning:

   • Open the Scanner App and tap the Scan button.

   • The app will initiate the scan process by opening your device’s camera.

   • If prompted, grant permission for the app to access your camera.

2. View the Multipass Card:

   • After a successful scan, the multipass card will appear, displaying tabs for Redeem Visits and Redeem Points.

3. Set Visits to Redeem:

   • Navigate to the Redeem Visits tab.

   • Use the +/- buttons on either side of the counter to set the number of visits to redeem.

   • Tap the Redeem Visits button to proceed.

4. Confirm Redemption:

   • A Successful Transaction Popup will appear.

   • Tap Done to complete the process.

Redeeming Points

1. View Available Points:

   • After redeeming visits, scan the card again to display the available points in the Available Points field.

2. Set Points to Redeem:

   • Navigate to the Redeem Points tab.

   • Use the +/- buttons to set the number of points you wish to redeem.

   • Tap the Redeem Points button to proceed.

3. Confirm Redemption:

   • A Confirmation Popup will appear.

   • Tap Redeem to finalize the transaction.
