Add, Edit, and Delete Manager Profiles

Manage your team’s access seamlessly by adding, editing, or deleting manager profiles in the Perkstar Digital Wallet platform.


Adding a Manager Profile

  1. Navigate to the Managers Screen:

    • Log in to the Digital Wallet platform and select Managers from the left-hand menu.

  2. Add Manager Details:

    • Click the Add Manager button located at the bottom of the Managers grid or on the Create Manager tile.

    • In the Add Manager popup, fill out the following fields:

      • Full Name: Enter the manager’s complete name.

      • Email: Provide the manager’s email address.

      • Contact Number: Enter the manager’s phone number.

      • Password: Create a password and confirm it by re-entering it in the Repeat Password field.

      • Location: Assign a location using the dropdown menu.

      • Notes (Optional): Add any additional instructions.

  3. Control Email Invitation:

    • To disable the automatic email invitation, toggle off Send access to email.

  4. Complete the Process:

    • Click the Create button to save the profile.

    • The new manager will appear in the Managers grid.

Editing a Manager Profile

  1. Locate the Profile:

    • In the Managers grid, click the pencil icon next to the manager you want to edit.

  2. Make Changes:

    • The Edit Manager popup will display the current details. Update the fields as needed.

  3. Save Updates:

    • Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Deleting a Manager Profile

  1. Select the Profile:

    • In the Managers grid, click the manager’s name to open their profile details.

  2. Access the Delete Option:

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Information section and click the Delete button.

  3. Confirm Deletion:

    • A Delete Manager popup will appear. Click the Remove button to confirm.
